Matt Pinfield came to see us and, according to our sources, left with a copy of "Tango Boys" in hand, we devoured some Tacodeli, played a few rounds of "dodge the ironic mustache guy staring at his cell phone while walking into traffic" with our rental tank, made new fans and friends, and almost missed our flight home... but we made it and we had an amazing time.

We're pretty excited about playing with our buddies Southeast Engine this Friday, February 10 at Canal Street Tavern in Dayton, OH. I mean, shit, look at our faces! Or try to envision them...whatever works for you.

We received official word that we will be playing SXSW 2012 for the No More Fake Labels showcase.

So, we're back from CMJ and we had an amazing time. Our show could not have been better, we met a lot of great and interesting people and made/met tons of fans, which is always super, super awesome.

About 2 weeks ago, our little Derl recorded Guided By Voices for their upcoming release featuring the classic line-up of Mitch Mitchell, Tobin Sprout, Greg Demos and Kevin Fennell!

What's more is that the recording was made in the Motel Beds Studio/Practice Space!

Couldn't be more proud or excited!
